- Quickly get conceptual knowledge and skill on the 20 frameworks used in coaching by Shirlaws;
- Use this knowledge to shorten the timeframe for integrating coaching into your businesses;
- Obtain a wide foundation of knowledge, which allows you to identify areas, outside of your own job function, where coaching might be helpful; and
- Provide you with a comprehensive view of all parts of a business - so you can more easily work across all functions.
