Vanessa Fudge
Vanessa is a Senior Coach and shareholder with Shirlaws Australia. She currently supports a team of coaches in NSW in a mentoring role, is functionally responsible for national training of coaches and is a member of the Shirlaws Australia leadership team.

Prior to joining Shirlaws Vanessa ran a Change Management Consulting Firm advising corporations on their strategic change processes in the fields of finance, banking and insurance.

Vanessa is a registered organisational psychologist who also has ten years experience in relationship management and business development in IT.
