Adrian Bray

Adrian is an experienced Coach. He joined Shirlaws UK in November 2003 and moved to Shirlaws US in 2008 as Chief Development Officer. He works in a broad range of industries, and coaches clients across growth, succession, cultural and  strategic matters.  Adrian's strengths come from his considerable experience from running companies within the Services Industry and working with clients in the US, UK and across mainland Europe.  Adrian has worked across the Service sector, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, IT  and Central Government.  He also has experience with Rapid Growth businesses and the specific challenges that these experience.  Adrian formally trained as an Accountant, Global Logistics and formally as a Director of the Board.
